Strathclyde’s Centre for Sleep Health is opening its doors to the public for their Sleep Hub Drop-In sessions. In this 30-minute session, we will focus on sleep environment and sleep hygiene, diet and exercise, mental health, understanding chronotype and the role of light. Sleep experts will be on hand to offer tips to achieve good sleep health, share resources, and run experiments to demonstrate the impact of blue light on sleep and the effects of sleep deprivation on our reaction times. Whether you’re struggling with your sleep, or just want to learn more about sleep health, come along to the Sleep Hub to prioritise your sleep health and celebrate a restful night's sleep.
