What are the priorities when a person's health deteriorates towards the end of life? Fix it? End it? Is there a "third way"? This panel discussion, chaired by leading Scottish clinicians, will explore changes needed in NHS  to ensure that good healthcare is appropriate, affordable and sustainable.
