Raising awareness of tick-borne viruses in Scotland, Centre for Virus Research
We're going on a tick hunt! Join staff from the Centre for Virus Research to help find our missing ticks, take a closer look down the microscope and find out about their work on tick-borne disease.
Staff at the University of Glasgow Centre for Virus Research are working to raise awareness of ticks and tick-borne viruses in Scotland. By analysing the spread of tick populations and the diseases which follow, researchers can better understand how Scotland will be impacted by changes to our climate, the emergence of new disease and how to combat these changes when or before they happen.
