GCU Fortune Teller Positive Mental Health Activity
For young people, families, schools and youth groups.
This fortune teller template is designed to be printed and personalised with things you could do to make yourself feel better and stay calm if you upset or worried.
First think about the things that make you feel happy. Could you for example watch your favourite TV show, go for a walk, talk to someone about how you feel, play some music or take 10 deep breaths until you can work out what is causing you to feel the way you do? You might want to work with friends or family to help you to come up with ideas.
Once you have decided on eight things, write them or draw them in the blank triangles in the fortune teller. Then fold it as per the instructions on the template and its ready to be used.
