The Creatives of Colour Festival features a dynamic screening of Sudanese comedic film aKasha (2018, Hajooj Kuka), along with two shorts: Palestinian filmmaker, Razan Madhoon’s new film The Nobody (2024) and A to B (2018) by Iranian visual artist Iman Tajik. The screening will be followed by a discussion chaired by Zahra Khosroshahi and filmmakers Razan Madhoon and Iman Tajik, along with scholar of Sudanese cinema Umloda Ibrahim.

This screening is part of larger festival curated by Kevin Leomo and Zahra Khosroshahi, aimed at celebrating the diverse and intersectional range of art forms and practices by creatives of colour. Learn more about the programme.
