In this fun session led by Louise Sherdian (School of Education), you find out a bit more about the idea of ‘place-making’, which is all about people creating the best possible spaces to make them feel great.
Using your imagination, you will think about what an amazing community space would look like. You will get the chance to build this using Lego. If you had an empty piece of ground in your community, what would you like to see there? You will learn about the important things to think about when creating safe and welcoming community spaces.
Sessions run at 10:00 and 13:00.
This event is free but ticketed.
