Rosilena Lindo Riggs is the former National Secretary of Energy for Panama and a leading climate and energy policy expert. She has served as Panama’s climate change negotiator and has held leadership roles in Latin American climate diplomacy, including Chair and Vice Chair of the United Nations Forum of Designated National Authorities for the Clean Development Mechanism.
