The British Columbia Alumni Association is hosting a welcome event for Glasgow students studying abroad in Vancouver and they'd love you to join them.
Our students will be attending both Simon Fraser and The University of British Columbia, and with your local information you can help them get settled in. Maybe you know a great place for hiking, the best pubs to visit or good local coffee shops. A warm welcome from our alumni will help put our students at ease.
Along with meeting the students, the event is a great chance to socialise with fellow alumni. You'll definitely want to try out the 'make your own' root beer floats and S'mores!
Alumni are invited to attend this event for free, with any guests paying a fee of £10.
