Greg Thomas is a poet, artist, and writer based in Glasgow, with a particular interest in making and writing about concrete and visual poetries. He wrote the first book on concrete poetry in Britain and have several published collections of poetry, including Candle Poems (2023), Spires/Spines (2024), Threshholds (2022). His poetry often touches on themes of environmental crisis and the politics of climate change, as well as ways of communicating with and being in the natural world. He is also a freelance arts journalist, with bylines in The Guardian, Art Monthly, Scottish Art News, and other titles.
