The 13th International Conference on the Intrinsic Josephson Effect and High Temperature Superconductivity
Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to cordially invite you to participate in the 13th International Conference on the Intrinsic Josephson Effect and High Temperature Superconductivity, to be held in the Advanced Research Centre (ARC), University of Glasgow, UK, between August 30 and 1 September 2023.
This series of conferences was initiated by Professor T. Yamashita and Professor M. Tachiki on the occasion of the novel Josephson plasma phenomenon in high temperature layered superconductors. This conference comes to Glasgow - previous successful conferences were held in Kishinau (2021), Orlando (2019), Nanjing (2016), Kyoto (2014) Izmir (2012), Hirosaki (2010), Pohang (2008), London (2006), Tsukuba (2004), Pommersfelden (2002), and Sendai (2000, 1997).
The conference will focus on various topics related to high temperature superconductors, intrinsic Josephson junctions, superconducting and hybrid classical and quantum circuits, and novel phenomena in Josephson systems. The conference is intended to provide an opportunity to get together, to exchange information and ideas, promote stimulus discussions and collaborations among participants and furthermore foster young scientists.
We look forward to welcoming you all to Glasgow in August 2023.
Yours sincerely,
IJJ13 Organising Committee
