Course Aims

The course aims to equip MBA students with a comprehensive understanding of generative AI's potential to drive productivity and growth in business contexts. Through theoretical exploration and practical application, students develop the skills to leverage AI technologies responsibly, innovate strategically, and navigate the evolving digital landscape with confidence.

Intended Learning Outcomes of Course

By the end of this course students will be able to:

 

1. Demonstrate a comprehensive mastery of fundamental generative AI concepts and terminology, synthesising them to propose innovative strategies for optimising productivity and driving growth within complex business ecosystems.

 

2. Apply: Demonstrate effective use of generative AI algorithms/systems to solve productivity challenges in practical scenarios.

 

3. Analyse: Critically evaluate the performance and ethical implications of generative AI models for fostering growth in diverse organisational contexts.

 

4: Collaboratively design and present a strategic implementation plan leveraging generative AI techniques for a real-world business case study, demonstrating proficiency in problem-solving, team dynamics, and effective communication of complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
