Establishing and maintaining effective research collaborations can be challenging, especially within an interdisciplinary landscape. This one-day event will explore interdisciplinary collaborations in practice. It will cover common assumptions, what interdisciplinary working can look like and some of the barriers and enablers to interdisciplinary. We will be taking advantage of the Dumfries Campus to provide plenty of opportunities to explore the gardens and surrounding landscape with fellow researchers as part of the day.

The event will take place on the 11th June 2025, 10:30-15:30 at the School of Social and Environmental Sustainability’s Dumfries Campus. Transport between the Gilmorehill Campus and Dumfries Campus will be provided (departure 09:00, anticipated arrival back at Glasgow 17:00).
