Insight: Adaptation and Resilience in ASEAN report

ASEAN is one of the regions most affected by natural disasters and climate change. Changes such as rising sea levels, heat waves, droughts and flooding will push millions of people into poverty if vulnerabilities are not addressed. The Adaptation and Resilience in ASEAN Managing Disaster Risks from Natural Hazards report is a collaboration between the COP26 Universities Network and the British High Commission to Singapore that aimed to support the delivery of the COP26 objectives. The analysis presents the hazards and vulnerabilities across ASEAN and outlines strategies to reduce disaster risk and increase resilience at the subnational, national, and regional levels.
