Athena SWAN Data officer
Responsibilities include:
- Producing narrative and numerical reports, graphs and charts of staff and student data to be included in Athena SWAN applications, analysing trends and helping to identify areas for further investigation/action.
- Providing administrative support to the College Gender Equality Committee.
- Contribute to the improvement of people data reporting by identifying and suggesting improvements to current systems for capture, storage and reporting of people data.
Keilly has a BA(Hons) in Contemporary History and graduated from the University of Plymouth in 2000. She joined the University of Glasgow in 2006 and became a member of the College Research Office in 2007.
