Amendment procedure for applications approved by the Committee
Amendments to applications approved by the Committee must be submitted for review. There is currently no way to do this via the online Research Ethics System. To submit amendments for review, send an email to the MVLS Ethics mailbox (MVLS-ethics-admin@glasgow.ac.uk). Please include the application number (as it appears on your project approval letter), details of the changes you wish to make, justification for making these changes and copies of any updated application documents with track changes enabled.
