All Higher Degrees Business, requests for suspensions, extensions and other requests, should be submitted to the MVLS Graduate School before the 15th of each month: mvls-gradschool@glasgow.ac.uk
Requests after the 15th will be put forward to the next months HDC review.

HDC Electronic Business
No meeting is scheduled. The committee reviews requests online. The HDC clerk collates all requests on, or around the 15th of each month and aims to send the link to the shared spreadsheet for PG Convenors write their decisions.
The HDC clerk will send out decisions to students within 1 week after the date given to the PG convenors to add their decisions to the spreadsheet.
