Medial
Staff can upload their videos to Medial via Moodle. This is a better option than adding the file directly to Moodle as the video(s) stream rather than fully download before playing. This mean the video will play faster for students and therefore gives a better student experience.
It is also possible to add a VTT or SRT file for adding the subtitles to a video.
Staff can record videos with Medial. Additionally if the video assignment is enabled within a Moodle assignment then students can use Medial to record videos for assessment purposes.
