Strategic aims: 

  1. In support of the University values, to embed collegiality, trust and respect across our communities and to build and sustain a caring and inclusive culture that supports wellbeing and a positive work-life balance and offers fulfilling opportunities for all.
  2. To embed equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility in every area of our work and to make an active and sustained commitment to anti-racism, to implementing anti-racist and disability confident approaches to staff recruitment and to diversifying our staff and student community.
  3. To develop and support excellent leadership and management, including by nurturing talent across career stages and job families, and providing space for innovation.
  4. To improve the transparency, efficiency and coordination of our practices and ways of working.
