Sustainable Futures in Writing Project

For the past year, a cohort of 15 dynamic international sustainability researchers from the Sustainable Futures Global Network have been developing their research writing for international publication.
You can them to hear about this important journey and to be the first audience to their new exciting work. The event takes place between 1pm and 3pm on Thursday 31 March. Book your ticket to engage with the work of these researchers and celebate these emerging international voice.
The online interactive event will include short introductions to topics that range from international education and aid policies, farmer-herder conflicts understood through analysis of traditional Àlọ́ songs, rural agrarian technologies, the sociology of rooftop space in urban Dhaka.
Listen in to Dr Zoe Strachen of Creative Writing and Dr Mia Perry discuss why Sustainable Futures in Writing was set up, what it has achieved and also hear from some of the academics involved.
