1987 Civil Engineering Reunion

19 Graduates enjoyed a warm celebration of 40 years since starting at the University in 1983.
The visit started with a tour of the Rankine Building by Professor Fiona Bradley of Civil Engineering, who told us of current teaching & the new developments at the University, and a potential future refurbishment of the Rankine Building.
The traditional “Class” photograph was taken on the steps of the Rankine Building (and with Rankine’s statue inside the Lobby).
The Members of the tour group were joined by several other graduates for a fine evening of catch-up afterwards, in the Bridie Library, in the Glasgow University Union, where we were very well catered for by the Union.
