Research interests
Martin Lages is a senior lecturer at the Centre for Cognition, Language, and Metascience (CLM), School of Psychology and Neuroscience (SPN), University of Glasgow. He completed his PhD studies at Oxford University and Heidelberg University. He is a regular member of the Vision Sciences Society, Applied Vision Association, Scottish Vision Group and the Society for Mathematical Psychology. His research interests range from quantitative methods (hierarchical models, Bayesian inference), visual perception (motion, stereo, visual memory, visual awareness, illusions) to human decision making (sequential effects, cognitive bias, rationality, free will).
