National Student Survey, NSS 2014

All of us in the School of Mathematics & Statistics were delighted to see the results of this year’s National Student Survey.  With a 94% overall satisfaction rating by final-year students, we came Joint 1^st in our subjects out of the Russell Group (research-intensive) universities, 3^rd in Scotland and Joint 15^th in the UK as a whole.  Overall, the University of Glasgow placed as Joint 2^nd in the Russell Group, 2^nd in Scotland and 6^th in the UK.  We are very pleased that our students feel they have enjoyed and benefited so much from their study of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Glasgow.  We remain committed to providing a first-class educational experience for new and continuing students.
