SAS graduate prizes 2011

We are pleased to announce that two of our graduates were awarded prizes in recognition of their achievements as MSc students.

First Prize for the best Masters levelÂ thesis in Statistics submittedÂ between 1 Oct 2010 and 30 Sept 2011 was awarded to Gary Napier. Gary's thesis was entitled 'Modelling Obesity in Scotland'
Second prize for the runner-up Masters level thesis was awarded to Steven Morrison. Steven's thesis was entitled 'Assessment of geo-environmental inequalities in the Glasgow conurbation'
