Scottish Operator Algebras Research (SOAR)

The 7th Scottish Operator Algebras Research Meeting funded by the Glasgow Mathematical Journal Trust took place in Glasgow on Friday 2nd and Saturday 3rd December combined with a meeting on topological dynamics and operator algebras funded by the London Mathematical Society to celebrate Dr Mike Whittaker's appointment as a lecturer. 32 participants from across the UK enjoyed eight talks over the two days. The next Scottish Operator Algebras Meeting will take place in Glasgow on Friday 24th and Saturday 25th March 2017.
