Reform of Private Water Rights
This research Project is concerned with reform of the law that regulates what landowners can do with the water running through their land. The Project will consider this issue from an interdisciplinary and comparative law perspective with the aim of producing principles to guide the reform of private water rights which will be applicable in a variety of jurisdictions.
