Research
CRCEES brings together specialists in a wide variety of research areas within the Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities, who have the requisite knowledge for understanding the legacies and problems of the post-communist world, and who are acquainted with the principal theoretical frameworks relevant to this region.
We are home to the Europe-Asia Studies journal. It is the principal academic journal in the world focusing on history and current political, social and economic affairs of the countries of the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe and Asia.
